HLA B27 Positive and Uveitis
Hello, I have just found that I am HLA B 27 positive along insufficient vitamin D. I would like to know that is it the root cause of my uveitis issue which am suffering from last 10 years. Also am suffering from alopecia errata. Sometimes secro joint inflammation as well. Please let me know. Many Thanks!

Hla 27 is indicative of various inflammatory lesions especially joints and inner coat (uvea)of eye .
Vit d defficiency is also associated with many disorders .
These markers are of prognostic value not diagnostic .
