HLA B51 & B44 positive
I had a vision problem. In the diagnosis reports it is confirmed that I am positive for HLA B51 & HLA B44 I am confused about whom to consult. Immunologist or Rheumatologist?

Vision problem ie uveitis with skin or genital or joints involvement associated with hlab44and 51 . It could be Bahcet's disease. Many rheumatologist are immunologists too. It may need genetic counselling too. Hla 51 subgenotypes 2345etc also to be identified.
