HIV does not spread through stools, urine, sweat, tears, or casual contact. It only spreads through specific body fluids such as: Blood Semen & pre-seminal fluid Vaginal fluids Rectal fluids Breast milk For transmission, these fluids must come into direct contact with another person’s bloodstream or mucous membranes (mouth, genital, rectal). So, coming in contact with stools of an HIV-infected person will not transmit  HIV, even if it accidentally touches your nose or mouth. The virus does not survive or spread that way. 🔹 The main concern with stools is other infections (like bacteria, hepatitis A, parasites), not HIV. 🔹 Just wash your hands and maintain hygiene if accidental contact occurs. ✅ Reassurance: You are completely safe from HIV in this situation. ✅ Advice: Always follow proper hygiene—wash hands with soap and water after accidental exposure.

HIV is spread through specific body fluids that too when it is present in sufficient quantities. To know more you can consult me if needed.
Next Steps
There is nothing to do. Just maintain proper hygiene in order to not get exposed to such fluids.
