Good morning sir, can hiv transmitted when I touch my hand girls vagina and this hand touch to my penis When outer side of condom touch to my penis how probably hiv transmission

Avoid multiple sexual partners. Just for few minutes of fun now you will suffer from day's and months of fear   about getting HIV. Chances are less but not impossible If so much tension then get your self tested for HIV 1 &2  after a month of exposure then after 3 months then after 6 months then after a year. Not just HIV  you should be worried about other sexually transmitted disease also.
