  4. Hiv testing conclusion. Tell me, sir.

Hiv testing conclusion
Sir.. I did sex with women. I dont know her hiv status. But i checked my hiv test after 1 month, 3 month and 4.5 month in ictc centre. That all result shows non reactive. So want know that is 100 % conclusive or not. I am safe or not. Please tell me, sir.
