Hiv test conclusive. Conclusive report!

I had a sexual exposure with CSW on 3rd December 2022 after that I took several hiv test hiv 4th gen test on 28th Feb 2023(87 day after exposure) - non reactive 0.17 hiv combo test on 12th APR 2023(130 day after the exposure) negative 0.05 i visited the clinician on 22nd Apr 2023(140 day after the exposure) he took my triple h(hiv, hepatatis b and hepatatis c) test as well as vdrl test in which he used hiv rapid immunochromatography test and all the test were negative and then he given me the first dose of hepatitis b vaccine to protect me from future infection of hepatitis b and after 1 month on 28th may 2023 I took 2nd dose of hepatitis b vaccine and then on 8th June 2023 again I took the triple h test in which hiv test was used was hiv 4th generation assay and all the test were neagtive does hepatatis b vaccine can affect the hiv testing because my last hiv testwas taken after 10 days of hepatitis b vaccine 2nd dose , does i have to repeat my test to get conclusive report
