HIV risk exposure to HIV positive sister

I knicked my HIV positive sister with a razor blade and afterwards I slashed my finger with the same blade. which cut me deeply.Her scratches bled after a while and there was no visible blood on the razor.Im only 21 years old Am I infected? Please help Am I at risk? S
