Sir after an open sex before 6 years in the last october done hiv elisa test result is non reactive0.023 cut off value is 0.252 sir my doubt is what is the indication of 0.023 suppose other persons elisa nonreactive test value is like this result ctually my doubt is a non reactive case the value become0.00 or it will show a value below cut off value sir need a clear replay help yesterday i canot get a clear replay
