1.What are the chances of contracting HIV from protected sex provided the condom did not break. 2. If someone inserter their hand into a hiv positive girls genitals, and if the hands does not contain any significant cut, how likely is it to infected with HIV?

Provided condom doesnot break... theoritcally its 100 % safe.. but practically there are some unknown risk like during foreplay.. precum.. oozing fluid from vagina... unkwon minor cuts..... other wise its safe Ur second query If u hqve confident that there is no chance of getting ur body fluid in contact with her body fluid ... then it is safe...
