  4. Hiv. Big hospital, how is it possible?

From past 4 year I was in not good health and was tested for many times in diffeent hospital many times , I have been exposed to needle many times , I recently went to check hiv and I was positive, I never had sex in my life, don't know in which hospital this happened as I always visited big hospital, how is it possible?
