I had unprotected sex with a girl , after 4 days i got white discharge in my penis .. suddenly i went to near by sexologist i did all the test stds . Including hiv pcr test at 5th day . It came back negative.After taking azithromzcin 500 discharge stopped .
Is it conclusive ?
Please reply here . My only fear is i did hiv pcr in 5 days how reliable it is ? After getting not detectable.

Certain tests needs to be performed after few weeks of the exposure. You window period is too short for you to have these tests done.

Discharge was because of bacterial infection, while as to test hiv u need to wait 21 days and do p24 antigen test
