  4. HIV diagnosis. Free? what shud i do now.

I had a sexual encounter with a lady whose hiv status was unknown after 28 days i had RNA PCR test westernbolt test elisa test again at80th day I had ICTC combo test at 90th day I had elisa test DNA PCR TEST again at 150th day I had elisa test all came negative I'm I really hiv free ?? I'm totally depressed I feel like committing suicide .. please do reply doctors is there any other test that I shud take please tell please .. what shud I do now . I know I made a mistake unknowingly please do tell please
