Hi sir in January 13 i went for massage parlour and at last time I put my finger in vagina and simulate and after I use my other hand to rub vagina and there is big cut on my thumb but I fold that finger during vagina rubbing. Then after that at 30 days I done hiv PCR early detection test and hiv duo combo and both are non reactive. At 51 days I done rapid test and that was also negative. Now I need to do test again. Or the explain story cause spread of hiv infection

A negative viral nucleic acid or antigen test done after 33 days of exposure usually rules out the presence of HIV infection.
