Hit in the head by a falling ladder

A falling ladder fell onto the middle/top part of the left side of my head. this was within the hour i am writing this, what can i do? can i just wait it out with ice and painkillers?

Head injury may be possible if vomiting occur or seizure occur or patient become unconscious....first 24 hour is critical...

Next Steps

u must have non contrast ct scan done....as soon as possible.... treatment : injection dexona one ampoule I'm stat.... inj monocef one gm iv stat.... ivf normal saline one unit slowly....
