I hit my head on a metal bar and it really hurt but I havnt had any side affects will I be ok

Hello.. Well please check yourself for any cuts, bleeding it swelling..If nothing of that sorts is there then there is nothing to worry about it..But make sure that guy rest fur sometime and drink water properly.hope you haven't lost consciousness after hitting the metal bar...Thank you
