Sir. I met with a minor accident today and got a minor hit on the upper portion of my head.do i have to consult with a doctor?

Image you have provided shows minor superficial injury to the scalp. If this injury is associated with worsening headache,nause or vomiting , confusion, warrant immediate visit to the hospital
