Hit by a car yesterday didn’t get help
I was hit by a car yesterday evening but didn’t get help as no one was around. My back and neck are really painful so is my neck, hip and leg. I am feeling dizzy and sick with the pain from everything but don’t wanna go to hospital. What should I do?
