  4. Hit behind ear, brain blood clot?

Hit behind ear,brain blood clot ?worried
So i accidentially hit a pole with my area behind my right ear.There is a lump on the bone and some inner ear pain.Did'nt have concussion or anything else should i visit a hospital worried about blood clot in brain.

If more than 48 hrs over after injury .....then no need to visit hospital
