Blunt trauma is notorious for leading to problems even years later than the trauma itself. An important silent problem is angle recession glaucoma which may silently damage your vision. Apart from this there may be small degree of lens damage or peripheral retina damage which may not be leading to symptoms. So you need a detailed ophthalmic evaluation. Please go in for it once the situation is better
Health Tips
Stay on follow up as well after initial evaluation
blunt trauma to the eye can cause injury to several layers of the eye.
starting from the iris, ciliary body , trabecular meshwork , lens and retina,
What this means is you need to be under constant observation even if you have no issues at present.
What I would like to know is whether after the injury did you go for an eye check up to rule out any damage to the eye structures.
Because there may be subtle structural damage which is not creating any problem at present but could lead to problems later.
Next Steps
At the earliest instance after the lockdown is over please consult an ophthalmologist in person and rule out any structural damage.
