My son had eye infection some months ago and was treated but after that his eyes become red every other day specialy after bath and in morning what should I do

Please do not rub eyes
Avoid chemical soap in bath
Cold compression ice pack massage
Use lubricant drops whenever required
And some redness after bath is normal
