21, Female, weight 49 Kg. I have excessive hair growth on upper lips and chin. Also I take Thyronorm tablets daily as I was diagnosed with hypothyroid 4 years ago. I am not overweight/ fat; in fact I have a great metabolism. My menstrual cycle used to be irregular for which I started taking medicines 6 months ago as advised by my doctor. I thought hirsutism will be dealt with automatically if my menstrual cycle becomes regular but hair growth hasn't reduced or lightened. I was hoping if you could you prescribe me some medicines to cure hirsutism. When i asked my doctor for meds specific to this problem, she gave me Cystelia M(by Jagonpal). Even after 3-4 months of taking these tablets, I haven't seen a minuscule of change. Frequent threading to get rid of facial hair(upper lips and neck) as they are embarrassing leaves marks and also they grow back within 3-4 days.
Thanks

Hi
Do your sr testosterone and dhea test. If both r high then need to take medicibe again. Medicine will not decrease the hair growth. It will prevent new hair to grow.
You can do lazor hair removal then threading.
