Hirsutism and PCOD/PCOS problems
I m suffering form PCOM and hirsutism. And my testosterone levels are 82.80 even insulin levels are a bit high. In reports it is written that both ovaries show multiple small follicles peripherally with Central thick stroma. right ovary is: 3.1×1.3 × 4.5 cms( volume is 10.1 cc) stromal volume is 1.2 cc left ovary measures 3.3× 1.3 × 4.1 cms(vol 10.1cc) IMPRESSION-polycystic sonomorphology of both ovaries. P.S- I I met one doctor in oliva skin and hair clinic but I don't know she is gynecologist or not so I want to know that the medicine she gave is correct or not.. MEDICINES ARE: 1. Tab. PRIMOLUT -N 5 mg (twice daily) for 5 days to get periods fast.i m not getting my periods from last 2 and half months. 2.Tab.YASMIN once daily after food from day 3 of cycle 3.Tab.ALDACTONE 50mg for two weeks and then same tab 100 mg for 9-12 months.

Can take those medicines But if overweight try to reduce it And diet No junk food Restrict your sugar and fat intake Have a regular and relaxed life style Regular sleeping habit And regular physical exercise.
