Hips and back pain
I have hips and back pain from last 5-6 days no oil no ontiment get relif pain increases day by day not able walk sleep please give some advice and how to cure it?

It's prolapse intervertebral disc, get an MRI of LS spine done

Get a back x Ray done, it could be slip disc or sciatica , an x Ray or mri scan of lumbar spine will help in diagnosis and treatment of your condition

If not decreasing with med kindly start oral treatment. For 5 days take nsaids and may have to start muscle relaxant
