Strained my hip flexor 2 weeks ago playing hockey and was unable to walk the next day. let it recover for 2 weeks. Felt fine, had training and strained it again, just as severe as last time. Looking for solution/way to speed up recovery.

Next Steps
Rest Iceing Isometric exercises for hip flexors. (search on net) strengthening exercises for flexors of hip and gluteus  (hip) muscles will help.
