Higp blood pressure...
From 1 week I am facing high bp around 135/90 and also sometime back headache. My LFT , KFT  ,CBC, thyroid ,urine test, hb1ac all are normal. please give some advice to treat this and also reason..pls help..

Hello ma’am at 40 yes 130/90 BO is within normal range. Take some central muscle relaxant and lemonad . Restrict salt intake. Take online consultation for advice further if you wish to

Ur blood pressure is in pre hypertension range. As age progress, BP will change. The most impressive thing is here to adopt lifestyle modification, i.e, do some physical activity, restricts salt intake and fried/ oily food. Eat more of vegetables and fruits., if u any habit then avoid it and be happy or stress free. As ur blood parameters are normal, so there is no underlying cause of hypertension

Hello. Is your BP 135/90 in continuous 3 days. Are there any other complains?? Is there a family history of high Blood pressure?? Kindly attach reports. Headache has many causes which can be assessed clinically. Kindly take online consultation ASAP so that i can give you proper treatment. If hypertension is the problem then we will starr medication.
