Hight ALT SGPT Low T3 T4
Hello I ran a regular blood test ALT SGPT - 63 T3- 0.67 T4 - 3.59 Total Cholesterol 258 Triglycerides - 490 I take a very moderate veg diet with no excessive fat, light in oil and sodium, green tea and coffee, I also take 1 tab of liv52 and Seacod daily. In nonveg I only eat roasted chicken breasts.
