I think there is a lot to handle emotionally in that past. But at the end of any discussion, every word is past. Just like something kept in a locked room u don't hold the key to... Room called past... U can think but can't do more than dat.... Thought bring emotions and thought process is such dat they become more negative by each thought..... more the negative emotions are the more disturbed u feel.... The more ur behaviour is affected...
Talking about and resolving internal conflicts regarding the same will be more beneficial.
