Highly Anger and using Bad words
Sir /Madam, My wife is working women.she is twins.We have 2.75 age girl child. She is very much interested with money and gold. She don't have any friend ship and maintain any good relationship with no one including her parents &sisters. She is not attached with my daughter &me. Most of the time watching mobile only like YouTube videos only cotton sarees collection, gold collection, religious related videos Only. Not doing any work in home even packing food for her own. But daily un wantedly creating problem in home.like shouting on me if I am not respond through some items or shouting bad words and shouting over my parents. I highly depressed and I couldn't continue this relationship. Her parents also knows her attitude. But they are also helpless. She won't hear anyone advice. Her twin sister also having same problem. Both are more aggressive & using bad words fluently and hurting others and not obeying anyone. She is taking the mentioned medicine with DR advice.plz help

Looks like she has issues with controlling her temper. May be some personality is playing a huge role. You mentioned that she is in medication Sulpitac 500mg. But I am not sure about the dosage given. She needs further evaluation probably personality assessment and change/ additional medications
