Higher Heart Beat and Pain in the Chest
Since last 4 days In the night I am facing the pain in the left side of my chest and higher heart beat rate( 70 to 100) and sore in throat. On recurring basis passing of burp and yawn. Sometimes pain in the chest stop and sore in the throat and fatigue started and vice versa, when I was walking outside feel it normal. I have no other symptoms ie Fever, Breathlessness, Cold, Cough.My ECG report is Normal and Blood in the oxygen is above 90. I am very much scared due to the Covid-19 and can't sleep properly.Plz suggest.

Symptoms are suggestive of reflux of acid. Along with sleep disturbance

Avoid heavy meal in night Walk before get in to bed Split in to small meal Use pillow during sleep and lateral positions
