My uric acid level is 7. I doesn'nt feel any knee or joint paining. My feets got red rough spots and paining in that perticular spotted area. Is their any cause of worry?

Uric acid levels are inflenced by many factors like diet , medications which lower renal clearance resulting in accumulation , rapid changes in weight as well as in renal conditions..It leads to gouty arthritis, diabetes , cardiovascular complications and so on,,
