High TSH 29uiu/ml haemoglobin 8.3
For thyroid Taking 1 tablet of eltroxin 100 mcg daily. How much Should I change/increase intake? Any suggestion for improving haemoglobin fast?

Your TSH is high on current of Eltroxin. This shows uncontrolled hypothyroidism. Therefore dose increase is recommended. The increase will depend on your weight, cause of hypothyroidism and symptoms
