High sugar
I'm a diabetic patient since two years.... Initially I tuk diapride 1 mg daily once later on same tablet twice a day but my sugar levels are not in control

Need to visit endocrinologist.
Ur hba1c i.e 3 months average sugar is very high.
Need it to be between 6.5 to 7.
Medicines need to be added fr u.

Your fasting is disproportionately better looking at HbA1C. Get your post meal done. Medicines need to be modified to bring back A1C to below 7 at least
