High sugar after covid

My mother sugar was triggered to 380 after taking covid treatment but now its 190 ...how can we control it please

It's not because of covid treatment rather it's because of the stress response from infection. Better to check blood sugar levels and control it What is her diabetic treatment plan previously and how often now you are checking sugars?
