High sperm DFI implications
Hello doctor, my sperm DFI is more than 50 which was discovered during our infertility treatment. I don't smoke, no recent infections as such. The only cause I can relate to is a bath with extreme hot water. I am on antioxidant treatment and also TESA was completed for ICSI. Now my only worry is does high sperm DFI mean anything bad about my overall health? If yes, what are the measures I can take. I'm worried, pls help with your advice.

I suggest you should go for ICSI.
Any DFI index above 30 is associated with low Fertility. In ICSI only one sperm is required.

It does not have effect on ur overall health
