High risk pregnancy
I have a very high risk pregnancy due a large intramural posterior wall myoma currently 16 weeks pregnant and my upper tummy is always getting tightened I am getting scared had my NT scan a month back everything was ok and TIFA is after a month please advise is this tightening because of this large myoma ?

Tightening is not becoz of posterior wall myoma .. u may have intestinal symptoms like gastric fullness , bloating and constipation…

Posterior wall myoma will not cause upper abdomen tightening at this week's of pregnancy. It's due to overall changes in pregnancy leaving less space for stomach.. have small frequent meals, and an antacid.
