High risk pregnancy
Currently in 17th week of pregnancy with a large 15cm intramural myoma and my tummy gets tightened daily especially the upper tummy mostly after eating even if I eat less does that mean it's harming the baby ? I had my NT at 12 weeks since then no usg next TIFA after 2-3 weeks. Please advise will I feel anything if the baby is affected?

First thing, You can do nothing at this stage for your myomas because you are 17 weeks pregnant. Please consult with your Gynaecologist for symptomatic treatment from time to time because the final treatment of myomas can be done only after delivery.
