High pulse rate
So, I am stressed out for two weeks. My dad was admitted to the hospital for heart failure. He is discharged now and doing fine. But, after he has come back...while checking his routine vitals I checked mine. My pulse rate is 96-106 in the past few days. Is it because of stress? How do I get my pulse rate down? P.S: I did I complete health check last November and everything was normal except am pre-diabetic and have pcod

Hello, Yes your high heart rate seems to be stress related. Get an ECG , CBC and TFT done to rule out. Start exercise regularly, meditation and listen to relaxing music for reducing anxiety. If all reports are normal and after doing these modifications your stress levels are still high then consult a psychiatrist Take care
