High pulse rate.
Doctor, I m a 22 year old female.I m 169 CMS height and 78 kg in weight.I go for a brisk morning walk daily for 35-45 minutes( started from one week).During walking the pulse rate comes to about 136 BPM.Is it normal? But the problem is that even after rest of half an hour my pulse rate is 90-96bpm.Is there any problem with this? On normal days(without any excercise) pulse rate is 65-78 bpm.It takes a long time for me to come to normal pulse rate after an excercise. What is the normal pulse rate.I do not have any other symptoms like short breath or tiredness.I feel refreshed after 40 minutes of brisk morning walk.
