High pulse of 120 regularly while lying
I have 10 days back got embolishment surgery of my right hand little finger for AB Malformation. I am currently on blood thinner ecosprin 75 and stills tablet. Earlier used to get blood thinner injection also till yesterday. My bp is normal but my pulse is regularly 120 around even when I am lying on bed. I feel throbbing in my head due to this. Please help what should I do.
