High prolactin levels.
Good evening doc I missed my periods for 3 months got tsh test , sonography and prolactin by doctor All reports were normal but prolactin was 68.9 Kindly guide me what to do ?

Start tab cabergoline 0.5mg once in a week  for 4week and  then repeat test

Take Tablet Cabergolin 0.25 mg once a week for 4 weeks
Next Steps
Repeat serum prolactin after 4 weeks

Do a pregnancy test if applicable. For delayed periods take Tablet Regestrone 5 mg three times a day for 5 days. You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7 days Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
