High potassium,high pulse rate

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have been suffering from frequent urination for last 2 months. But for last few days feeling extreme tiredness,sudden high pulse rate(110 per minute). Test done for CBC(normal), ECG (90bpm),Uria(20), creatinine(0.9) & potassium (5.3)... I am fearful about any Kidney problem...Is this potassium rate is high to be concerned...
