High pain in right side near kidney.!

I have two stones 3.8 each in my right kidney and it cause mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter. I have much pain on my right back side.. what is the treatment that i have to take?

Take plenty of fluids orally,rest and a week diuretic helps,mixture of potassium magnesium citrate15 mg thrice daily mixed with glass of water thrice daily along with a symptomatic analgesic drug will also help. Get urine examination done routine and microscopic to detect any infection as well
