Low blood pressure means when upper BP is <90 mm systolic pt. May feel lightheadedness or giddiness specially in upright position. High blood pressure pt. Headache, heavy headed, dizziness in severe cases blurring vision etc. But both high and low pressure features are there if these changes occurred in short period if these BP are from long time can cause no symptoms still as body adjust to that
