You did not mention about your age and associated disorders like hypertension people with uncontrolled hypertension may present with nasal bleed... any history of trauma to the nose may also lead to nasal bleed...so please take online ENT consultation ....a proper history will definitely resolve your problem.... (keep your nose pinched till the bleeding subside)
