High  cholesterol
Recently I got myself tested for Full body and found that my cholesterol level is 207 and ldl cholesterol level is 145 and hdl is 44. How can I get my cholesterol level back within the normal range and mostly I want to take homeopathy medicine to cure this and hopefully I may not have take this forever. I am taking telvas 3d to control the high BP so don't want to take any other medicine. I do walking, play badminton on regular basis. Kindly let me know how to go about it. Regards Amit Biyani

Do lifestyle modifications. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day. Keep weight in control, avoid fatty oily junk food, alcohol and smoking. Have high fiber diet. Repeat lipid profile after 3 months. But remember high cholesterol is not a problem which can be cured permanently. At the end you will need medicines for which you should not be reluctant
