High MPV ( Mean platelet volume)

I recently found that I am pregnant and 4w2d from last period.
My blood report says my MPV is high (14.3) and platelet count is 161k.
Is this something to be worried about in pregnancy.
I am taking below meds.
1. Susten sr 300
2. Duphaston 10mg
3. Aspirin 75 mg
4. Folvite 5mg
5. HCG 5000 injection once a week.
My last beta HCG was 329 ( at 4 weeks )
