Incorrect data in my last query. I did my CBC and got monocytes as 13%. My WBCs are in normal count range, 7000. Should I be worried of cancer? searched internet and found people saying high monocytes = cancer. Please suggest. In my old query i mentioned WBC as 4200, didn't know how to delete it.

Hello,
I understand your feeling and your concern towards your health.
But I would like to tell you that increase monocytes count is not only seen in cancers but also in chronic infection and also in alteration of immune system. just don't worry thinking that increase monocyte count implies cancer nope. we need to confirm why the monocytes counts are high. Consult a general physician of your. Locality and help yourselves.
Thank you
