High mchc and chest pain

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have high mchc of 39 and low mcv of 37.6 I have chest pain fatigue dizziness palpitations fewdays. my echo ecg are normal. Does the mchc and mcv caused these problem Should I seek medical attention does it show something serious health complications like Anemia and if it so who should i consult I feel worried about this please help me
