High lymphocytes And pain. Absorb much.

Last month I had suffered from chicken pox which was treated but till now i am having extreme weakness in my body especially in legs. And there is pricking sharp pain in fingers of hands and feets both along with pain in the areas where lymph nodes are located i.e behind the ears and in the neck and under the jaw. Pain in all the lymph nodes made me think that there is something definitely wrong. So i got tested for CBC, ESR and URIC ACID. The only problem in the report was High lymphocytes of 43. Esr, uric acid etc. everything was normal. So what can be the issue. I had suffered from TB of the lungs in 2013 for which I took the treatment for 9 months. Can it be the relapse of TB. My weight hasn't changed since last month. It's intact at 60 Kg which however is very low as I am 27 years old with a height of 5.8. Reason of being my underweight is IBS Diarrhoea since childhood. I have to go to the toilet 3-4 times a day, So even though I eat a lot but my body is not able to absorb much.
