  4. High lymphocytes and MCH count. Blood?

High lymphocytes and MCH count
My lymphocytes count is 45.7%, MCH is 32.1pg and absolute basophils are 6.5/cmm. I'am 22yr old female. I don't have any problem or infection in the past but what should I do about these abnormal counts in my blood?
